Adeptus Mechanicus is a faction in the Warhammer 40,000 universe that consists of a highly organized group of techno-religious zealots who worship the Machine God, also known as the Omnissiah. They are a faction of the Imperium of Man and are responsible for maintaining and advancing the technology of the Imperium.
